Dentro un’emozione
On one side, the secular temple of world football, San Siro, with its imposing spiral made of rings, flexible and solid like arms ready to embrace the sky.
On the other side, the Milan skyline, hysterically changing, outlined by recently built skyscrapers, now an acquired symbol of the city’s urban transformation.
A double emotion, therefore, surrounds the premises of this apartment (approximately 300 m² completely renovated by specialized workers and furnished by master craftsmen), where the wonderful view is stunning.
Living area
As soon as you enter the entrance, characterized by cementine-clad bookcases with lacquered, metallic bronze grooves, the visual impact of the varying heights is immediately apparent.
The central recess separates the spacious living room, with one section designated for the living area and another, designed for the dining area, dominated by a large table.
The awning, located above the living room, has been embellished with highly distinctive decorations: circular recessed lighting effects, designed to evoke the presence of illuminated planets.
Light plays a sophisticated role throughout the entire project, thanks in part to the inclusion of designer objects (for example, the brass floor lamps by Flos or the Glo lamps by Penta).
The large portals in the rooms are an integral part of the wood paneling and harmoniously complement the Spessart-stained oak bookcases, furnishings that define large sections of the most convivial part of the home.
Kitchen
At the heart of the apartment reigns a monolithic wall reminiscent of stone, capable of playing with the marble effect of the floor slabs, while a portal (“Velaria” by Rimadesio), with a lead frame and smoked transparent stopsol glass, protects the kitchen conceived as an island, where a Dekton top stands out, and an original decorative element represented by the refined double-sided hanging dish rack by Lago (Marquina glass finish). The transparent glass hood, integrated directly into the ceiling, is produced by Falmec.

Bathrooms
As anticipated, the parquet “enters” even in the bathrooms of the bedrooms, accompanied by large-format porcelain slabs (120 x 240) covering the most intimate space of the house.
The faucets, produced by Barazza, are in brushed nickel.
A touch of color emerges both with the floor-standing cabinet and with the Tubes radiator.
The guest bathroom (windowless, with forced ventilation) stands out thanks to a LED strip that delimits the light inside the shower. A colorful spot is always guaranteed by Tubes radiators. The Barazza faucets, this time in a copper effect, contrast effectively with the lava gray of the Scarabeo sanitary ware.
The project has not forgotten to create a space dedicated to the laundry room (housing a washing machine and a dryer), designed with laminate furniture with a fabric effect.
Outdoor
An important role is played by the outdoor spaces. In the two terraces that embrace the house, managed with a talc-ash wood-effect porcelain, there is space for Eclisse chairs and Panzeri lamps, both pendant and wall-mounted, for outdoor use.
The Okumè wood dividers (bronze lacquered) transform into “outdoor sculptures,” taking on the role of true separation grids on the terraces.
The common thread running through the entire project is represented by the interplay of volumes and color contrasts. A real alternation of emotions, divided into functional areas, characterized by the persistence of references to different styles.
