Modern, essential, and sinuous.
Three adjectives are enough to summarize the new project signed by Sposari Home.
It is a multi-level villa, embraced by nature, in the typical and privileged setting offered by the heart of Brianza.
However, the creative flair developed to meet expectations and comfort had to face head-on problems, pre-existing, related to the unhappy layout of the rooms.
In particular, attention was focused on the location of the kitchen, the rooms on the upper floor, and access to the attic bathroom.
In order to enhance the spacious living room, without sacrificing its visual impact, the kitchen was created in a space adjacent to the staircase leading to the sleeping area.
An undoubtedly revolutionary choice, but also capable of aesthetically aligning with the interior design project philosophy.
Living area
However, the absolute protagonist of the project remains the living room.
The volumes, deliberately emphasized, have been transformed into a large “versatile” space characterized by the presence of Sangiacomo furniture, a lacquered table by Rimadesio, Bonaldo chairs, the dramatic Ditre Italia sofa, and antique pieces from the property.
To increase the customization of the living room, there is a carefully chosen splash of color, unleashed on this occasion by the Penta Light branded chandelier.
Kitchen
In the kitchen, a Cesar Kitchens, Maxima 2.2, with a quartz conglomerate and transparent glass top with shielding capacity, is home to both a comfortable work surface and a snack area, useful for a quick lunch or a family breakfast.
The island, surrounded by white Flos lamps, also houses a Bora cooktop, a solution that excludes the presence of an extractor hood.
As anticipated, this space has been placed near the staircase, a modernly designed element treated exclusively with the latest generation resins, precisely to give the concept a lighter, fresh, and youthful yet elegant setting.
This result is also achieved thanks to the presence of LED lights outlining its path.
To radiate warmth on the surface of the house, large-format parquet slats are used, in total contrast to the clustered hexagonal tiles (signed by Quintessenza Ceramiche) that, instead, dominate and capture the gaze at the upper level of the villa.
A decorative game that is also expressed on some walls of the bathroom, those, to simplify, not affected by the skim coat of plaster.
Sleeping area
The top floor of the house has been designed to ensure a strict optimization of space.
The cozy sleeping area stands out for a wardrobe at the entrance, practically hidden from view, paired with a bed and nightstands provided by the client.
The guest rooms, instead, maintain liveliness thanks to the use of fresh and geometric wallpapers.
Bath
Finally, as for the most intimate area of the house, the role played by the anteroom should not be overlooked, where the effective action produced by a large mirror expands spaces and perspectives.
Inside the attic bathroom, protected by an Albed portal, a “sculpture” wall, almost material-like, covered in wood-effect stoneware, overlooks, a solution experimented with to enhance the feeling of warmth.
The emotion is amplified by the two geometric service sinks, Arcom furniture, but above all by the presence of a shell-shaped bathtub, the undisputed protagonist of the room.
Lastly, the screening effect produced by the significant shower is also interesting, designed in such a way as to conceal the positioning of the sanitary ware from view.
