An apartment dedicated to livability, sustainability, and greenery.
This new construction, located in the heart of Emilia, embodies the magic of the surrounding green spaces, but above all, it embodies the enchantment of a new dimension in sustainable solutions (in green architecture) with low environmental impact.
This beauty extends not only to the appreciation for the construction methods, but also to the visual impact generated by the dynamic thrust of the exposed roof, with its white wooden pitches, and the generous terrace connecting the interior and exterior.
Thanks to the work of Sposari Home, the spaces and the plumbing and electrical systems were redefined.
This work was combined with careful color research (using warm, vibrant hues to enhance the client’s personality), as well as a balanced study of lighting and fixtures. This exercise aimed to further enhance the spaces.
Living area-Kitchen
Although ideally separate, the living area and kitchen exist in perfect visual symbiosis.
The living room was designed as a composition characterized by a slatted (half-moon) paneling that seems to project not only onto the cabinet doors, but also extends onto the walls as if lost in infinity.
The colors, as mentioned, exploit the intense notes of tobacco, a solution capable of expanding the feeling of warmth in the room.
The wall coverings, with their trendy shades and formats, also brighten the space.
Tobacco shades, reds, purples, violets, and oranges blend throughout the entire project, which is made incredibly bright thanks to the enormous French windows that extend from the kitchen to the living room.
And now we come to the kitchen (Poliform), the project’s crowning glory, featuring metallic lacquer and a laminam countertop.
The handcrafted table envelops the room with a personality dictated by its cherry red color, somewhat symbolic of these lands.
The purity of Davide Groppi’s lighting fixtures contributes to the creation of exhilarating sculptures.
For example, with the “Moon” lamp in the dining area or with the light rods that sculpt the living room.
Sleeping area
The bedroom was designed for comfort and to accommodate large walk-in closets.
The colors? Relaxing, with touches of hazelnut and green, another reference intended to connect the interior and exterior.
Bath
Copper and graphite grays make the two bathrooms small jewels of contrast.
For the furniture, we relied on Arbi, with products featuring lacquered accents that extend to the glass countertop, always in the same colors.
Finally, the colors on the walls also liven up the spaces: red for one room (reconnecting with the kitchen), and ochre for the other.
