Quel tocco talcato
Large spaces and plenty of light, thanks in large part to the apartment’s location (a high floor).
The client requested a design with very clean and simple lines, without excess, but with touches of powdery color and a few pops of contrasting color.
Our teams completely transformed the apartment from its original state.
These interventions, for example, changed the visual impact of the living area, now spacious, bright, and open to the kitchen.
Furthermore, a second bathroom was added, which the apartment previously lacked.
Living area – Kitchen
The first intervention was aimed at reducing the existing corridor, which was taking up unnecessary space.
The living room now appears much more open, spacious, usable, and has the space needed to create a new study.
The study, which, only ideally, appears separated from the living room thanks to a dramatic portal by Albed, featuring a white extruded aluminum frame and frosted glass.
The lowered spaces, which lend rhythm to the project, are also interesting.
Returning to the study, it is worth noting the presence of a small walk-in closet, a desk, and a pair of sofa beds. With the portal open, the room also receives plenty of light, a benefit enhanced by the double exposure.
Right at the entrance, a closet that serves both as a wardrobe and shoe rack.
Natural oak parquet flooring exudes warmth and elegance.
The kitchen features a bridge arrangement with a shallow island, but above all, as mentioned, a sunflower yellow glass backsplash. A solution capable of giving euphoria to the space without unnecessary exuberance.
Sleeping area
The bedroom, responding to the clients’ requests, is simple, with soft tones and spacious wardrobes.
A touch of blush decorates the headboard, adding a pop of color with a three-dimensional effect.
A door also conceals the private bathroom.
Master and guest bathroom
The anteroom leads us to the more intimate space, also designed to accommodate a laundry area.
One wall echoes the sunflower yellow of the kitchen, while the other maintains a neutral, talc-like tone.
The guest bathroom is identified by coral scents on one wall and neutral shades on the other.

Bedroom
Finally, a visit to the girls’ bedroom, designed to create a very Nordic feel.
The reference to faraway lands is accentuated by the wooden bunk bed, parquet flooring, and a double touch of powder pink on the walls.
