Rinnovata bellezza

We feel truly satisfied when we return to work with old clients.
We present a project completed about ten years ago, which we recently revised and expanded upon after the client purchased an apartment adjacent to the previous one.

In short, a classic expansion project with new, stimulating needs.
First and foremost, the presence of an exciting kitchen alongside a spacious and welcoming living area.
With the rooms of the old apartment now being used as bedrooms and a study.

Our studio handled the entire project layout in partnership with engineer Pietro Cucè, a valuable collaborator throughout the renovation, thanks to his careful and meticulous project management.

To begin, the art of interplay between different materials prompted us to integrate the existing marble and pair it with sections of ash parquet, a wood characterized by a delicate nuance that pairs beautifully with the sand-colored rock.

Living area

To maximize the spacious living area, we opted to free up space by removing furniture and creating a handcrafted door that seamlessly integrates with the wall, concealing the entrance to the sleeping area.

The first glance reveals a matte lacquered paneling (concealing storage spaces) in intense blue tones, with etchings that characterize the surface, a solution that creates visual movement on the wall.
Furthermore, an existing bucolic-themed wallpaper, hung on the living room wall, distantly interacts with another chosen for the kitchen.
The result? A striking visual effect.
Bordering the kitchen doorway is the impressive dining room, furnished with a white lacquered glass table and six matching chairs.
The Penta Light lighting fixtures, a guarantee of style, frame and enhance the recessed LED ceiling lights, another decorative feature.

Kitchen

The future is here.
This is suggested by the impressive anthracite-colored kitchen by Cesar in Technomat, embellished with an island that also takes center stage, featuring a Dekton countertop.
For everyday use, a round table (and transparent chairs) has been added to facilitate family meals.
As mentioned, a bucolic-themed wallpaper perfectly matches the one in the living room.

Sleeping area

The master bedroom exudes a timeless charm, especially thanks to the seductive freestanding tub.
The Flou bed, with its teal headboard, echoes the colors of the living area.
The bucolic theme also echoes in the bedroom, again thanks to the wallpaper on the main wall.
A spacious walk-in closet and a small study area complete the space.

Bath

A small private gem, designed to be visible from the bedroom.
Here too, we played with waterproof wallpaper for the back of the vanity unit, featuring curved slats.
Rounded LED backlit mirrors.
The shower, also open to the bedroom, was built with masonry and neutral ceramics.
Finally, a walkway conceals the bathroom fixtures.
