Una piccola magia
Approaching this project means witnessing, albeit ideally, a little magic.
Because, on one hand, the apartment (200 sqm) is perceived as the coherent development of a unique concept, on the other hand, Sposari Home, by exploiting some design stratagems, has made the intervention suitable for a possible future division.
A division that would already allow the property to enjoy two apartments today: one, with consistently significant dimensions, plus a one-bedroom apartment.
The project brings with it the desire to ensure that the kitchen and living area have top priority.
This desire is then coupled with a distinctive and dramatic sleeping area and a study room.
Furthermore, here lies the little magic, a room with a bathroom dedicated to the housekeeper, which in the future could, as mentioned, be the heart of a new apartment.
Entrance
The entrance clearly introduces us to a stately, extremely elegant and well-maintained home where the white walls embrace the warmth, on the floor, emanating from the tobacco-stained oak pre-finished parquet.
To the left, just as you enter, stands out the presence of an arch, an ideal passe-partout for a corridor decorated with boiserie and applied frames.
Living area-kitchen
The clientele oriented towards essential and minimal lines suggested spaces with few furnishings, but of great qualitative and scenic value.
For example, the pristine kitchen managed at full height (designed by Sposari Home) appears as a huge double-sided island, equipped with a wine cellar and accompanied by stools.
Black, in contrast, is revealed both by the presence of pendant lamps on the island and by the faucets.
To the right of the entrance, as anticipated, stands the spacious and bright living area. In this case as well, applied frames are on display, useful for embellishing the environment.
A gypsum wall, placed on the wall facing the sofa, houses a water fireplace and a large television. Even the bookshelves have been made of gypsum with the aim of lightening the presence of the main wall.
The important “L”-shaped sofa is artisan-produced.
Sleeping area
The arch and the corridor (the latter decorated and managed with lowerings, a solution useful for giving more rhythm to the project), introduce to the sleeping area.
The master bedroom appears, at first glance, original and creative.
In fact, in addition to the spacious artisan-made storage bed and minimal bedside tables, the presence of a bronze-tinted transparent glass shower that serves as an outpost to the private bathroom catches the eye.
The antechamber compliant with regulations, two arches, a large shower, and a functional walk-in closet complete the elegant space.
Now, all that’s left is for you to come and visit us.
What are you waiting for? Come and enter the world signed by Sposari Home.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms, both the master and the guest one, have been managed with products signed by Porcelanosa (coverings, faucets, and sanitary ware).
The vanity unit designed under the sink, instead, is artisan-produced, just like the corner walk-in closet, another creative touch by Sposari Home, made of black elm effect laminate (with mirrored sides designed to give depth to the space), embellished by a bugna door.
A solution able to further define the elegance of a space normally little considered.
