Rethinking, with a new approach, the way of experiencing the office is a need that the epidemic has forcefully brought to light.

However, this need can turn into an opportunity if used for a comprehensive reinterpretation of the work environment.

While the connection between refined design and new technologies becomes increasingly crucial, the company’s identity must not be altered, even in a flexible mode and with the aim of improving the efficiency of its employees, it must assert itself in the philosophy of the interior design project.

With the aim of meeting this need, Sposari Home has completely revolutionized and rethought the premises (distribution of internal spaces, systems, lighting design, heating, aesthetics of windows, furnishings, glass dividers, doors, and furniture supply) of the Brianza-based company operating in the clothing industry, explaining the concept, realization, and intervention.

The project’s underlying idea is characterized by the continuous movement provided by different heights.

Lowerings, level differences, and curved openings dominate the entire area dedicated to offices, with the purpose of providing light, energy, and vitality to the spaces.

To enhance the volumes and frame the area more effectively, it was decided to create wainscoting made with strips of wood (bleached oak), a product capable of adding class and warmth to the spaces, but also a tool to hide the presence of storage cabinets, effectively creating decorative covered panels.

As anticipated, the wooden strip adds elegance and representativeness to the company entrance; however, an equally refined touch embraces the inside of a curved opening.

Some work areas, suitable for interconnected activities, have been separated according to the needs presented by the client.

In fact, to personalize the offices according to the roles played, transparent smoked glass walls have been identified.

These “privacy niches” overlook a large open-space island, complete with desks and support stations for employees.

The standard wardrobes and desks have been managed using a fabric-effect laminate.

To emphasize color references, both lacquered glass and white and gray combinations have been used.

The lighting design project is closely linked to the space planning.

Regarding the lighting fixtures, the dramatic Panzeri “Zero Round” lamps in bronze play a fundamental role in the concept, connected to spotlights produced by the same company.

To reduce waste and maintenance costs, the lighting efficiency is ensured by numerous 3000K LED bars.

Finally, a flush-to-the-wall door, painted in water-based paint, leads to the company bathrooms.

Inside, the visual contrast offered by the walls covered in marble-effect stoneware (identical to the one running along the entire floor surface) immediately stands out, along with walls finished with decorative spatulated skim coats by Greisan (also present in some ceiling openings).

However, the most significant feature is an important monolithic plasterboard shelf (also covered in stoneware), serving as a base for the white ceramic Ideal Standard sinks, paired with faucets produced by Paffoni.

The internal walls have been painted in washable satin enamel in shades of gray, in harmony with the doors.

The furniture is the work of artisan joinery (with custom-made mirrors).
