Ci sono progetti che nascono da una pagina bianca e altri che dimostrano quanto il design possa essere efficace anche quando sceglie di valorizzare ciò che già esiste.

Circle Bike Residence: L’ospitalità secondo Sposari Home
Ci sono progetti che nascono da una pagina bianca e altri che dimostrano quanto il design possa essere efficace anche quando sceglie di valorizzare ciò che già esiste.
➜
WISH!
Large spaces and plenty of light, thanks above all to the apartment's location (a high floor).
➜
Quel tocco talcato
A dance of shapes, colors, and functionality between light and movement. The project for this two-room apartment began with its complete renovation, carried out by our studio teams.
➜
Una danza di forme e colori
The pandemic, now a distant echo, compelled us to rethink the workplace. In our concepts, designing hospitality and shared spaces is central, taking into account the new needs of a work environment that is innovative, technological, social, identity‑driven, and contemporary.
➜
Workspitality
Christian Norberg-Schulz identifies "the genius loci" as the spirit of a place. Indeed, the architect's task is precisely to create significant and special places. With one addition: aimed solely at the complete satisfaction of the client.
➜
Luminosità e genius loci
Today, our usual project showcase takes on a special meaning: we’re proud to announce that Alessia Lanza—one of Italy’s leading influencers and content creators—has chosen the creativity of the Sposari Home design studio for her home.
➜
Alessia Lanza – Sposari Home: binomio vincente!
An apartment dedicated to livability, sustainability, and greenery. This new construction, located in the heart of Emilia, embodies the magic of the surrounding green spaces, but above all, it embodies the enchantment of a new dimension in sustainable solutions (in green architecture) with low environmental impact.
➜
Orizzonte (eco)futuro
Experiencing Milan, experiencing the city, also means immersing yourself in its history. Residential buildings, such as the "case di ringhiera" (a tenement house), retain an ancient, timeless charm, synonymous with simplicity and conviviality.
➜
Ringhiera moderna
We feel truly satisfied when we return to work with old clients. We present, in fact, a project completed about ten years ago, which we recently revised and updated after the client purchased an apartment adjacent to the previous one.
➜
Rinnovata bellezza
A two-room apartment transformed into a jewel box, with resin as the undisputed protagonist. The existing layout featured an outdated division of space, a circumstance that wasted several square meters.
➜
A tutta resina
The first discussions began during the pandemic, an event capable, at least for many businesses, of changing ingrained corporate habits.
➜
La nostra casa
This is the most challenging project delivered by the Sposari Home design studio in 2024. A project capable of covering a period of one year.
➜
Armonia nel verde
Approaching this project means witnessing, albeit ideally, a little magic. Because, while the 200 sq m apartment feels like the coherent development of a unique concept, Sposari Home, using a few design tricks, has made the project suitable for possible future subdivision.
➜
Una piccola magia
In the heart of the most literary Milan, that is to say the old Spanish-style city within the circle of the Bastions, the one that separated "the inside from the outside", Sposari Home has completely designed and renovated this large apartment.
➜
Audaci sperimentazioni
In the Isola area, where Sposari Home has completely renovated this apartment in a 1960s building, you can still breathe the air made picturesque by the stories of Gadda and Testori.
➜
Isola Accogliente
The Orient is a fascinating world. Perhaps because the distance between magic and ancient culture encourages the exploration of fantastical paths. Those creative journeys, in short, capable of fueling the imagination.
➜
Asian Mood
Each apartment brings with it the word creativity. A noun meant as a necessary stimulus to outline, in various "stylistic languages," the contours of a project.
➜
Quotidiana Meraviglia
Close your eyes and imagine a spacious Milanese apartment nestled within a historic building.
➜
Storici frammenti
Having to deal with a pre-planned layout of the rooms, both in terms of wall divisions and systems, is not, from a design perspective, the best situation in which we like to work.
➜
Think Pink
A villa nestled in the greenery of Brianza, designed to embody a very distinctive style. Spaces where elegant furnishings by Italian brands are complemented by the talent of local master craftsmen.
➜
Industrial style
For terraced houses, as we know, time seems to stand still. This type of home is highly sought-after on the Milanese real estate market and considered decidedly trendy.
➜
Nel cuore dell’Isola
Modern, essential, and sinuous. Three adjectives summarise the new project by Sposari Home.
➜
Moderna eleganza
Edgar Allan Poe said that “Travelling is like dreaming: the difference is that not everyone, upon waking, remembers anything, while everyone retains a warm memory of the places from which they have returned”.
➜
Una casa in “cammino”
Rethinking, with a new approach, the way we experience the office is a need that the epidemic has forcefully brought to the fore.
➜
Working spaces
A period Milanese building, hidden in a dense maze of streets suspended in time, houses this apartment, completely renovated and redesigned by the Sposari Home studio.
➜
Affascinante presente
On one side stands the secular temple of world football, San Siro, with its imposing spiral of rings, supple and solid like arms ready to embrace the sky.
➜
Dentro un’emozione
It is right in the heart of literary Milan, that part of the city enveloped in the purest essence of romantic idealism, that Sposari Home has completed its latest work.
➜
Operazione spazio
Just two lines "stolen" from Baudelaire, then inserted by Gadda in "L'Adalgisa", were enough to tell the frenetic soul of the "Milan that moves compactly", always dynamic, and oriented towards modernity: "La forme d'une ville change plus vite, hélas! Que le coeur d'un mortel" ("The shape of a city changes faster, alas! than the heart of a mortal").
➜
Affacciati sulla “Milano che si muove compatta”
To open up, communicate, blend, and experiment. Renovating (and rethinking) an apartment is nothing but a continuous exploration, an experiment, a reflection, so meticulous, however, as to enhance the calibrated interplay created by the contamination of styles.
➜
Profumo di spezie
The timeless charm of the traditional Milanese tenement houses represents an ambrosian journey through time, a dive into memory capable of exciting, every time, in a genuine and authentic way.
➜
La casa di ringhiera
The last intervention signed "Sposari Home" concerns a "green retreat" overlooking the Brescian Prealps. The protection of this enchanted place is entrusted to trees and hedges that, orderly and silent like soldiers on parade, separate, with their presence, the chaotic daily reality from the intimate desire for privacy expressed by the property.
➜
Un rifugio nel verde
A home should always reflect the personality and passions of those who live in it. For this reason, renovating, and then furnishing, an apartment represents each time a journey towards pleasure, towards emotions.
➜
Un armonico gioco di contrasti
Unrestraint, excess, genius, abandonment, aesthetic research, solitude, restlessness were just some of the characteristics of the bohemians, protagonists of the artistic movement born in the 19th century, in which painters, writers, and musicians converged, united by a deliberately nonconformist, impoverished, and unassuming lifestyle.
➜
L’appartamento neo-bohémien
The history of the Arch of Peace is curiously linked to the marriage celebrated in 1806 between Eugène de Beauharnais, adopted son of Napoleon, and Augusta of Bavaria. In fact, to celebrate the newlyweds, the city authorities hastily erected an arch, assembled with canvas and wood (placed in the current Corso Venezia), by the architect Luigi Cagnola.
➜
Un quadro chiamato Arco della Pace
Making the dreams of the clients come true is the guiding star of our daily actions. An objective that often turns into an obstacle for those tasked with designing when the request clashes with a reality that is starkly different from the expressed needs.

Natura, che passione…anche in salotto
