Private renovations
Even for private renovations, it is essential to consider certain items listed in the feasibility study:

- Presentation to the client of the work team, consisting of construction professionals, identified by Sposari Home (in the event the client does not choose to use trusted contractors).
- Interior design service and furniture supply (if requested).
- Drafting of contracts to protect both parties.

For private renovations, Sposari Home guarantees project management by professionals who coordinate the construction teams on site. Private renovation projects are accompanied, where necessary, by all building certifications required by Italian law (CILA, DIA, etc.).
Upon completion of the project, the client will be provided with certifications and declarations of conformity for the installed systems.
Finally, upon handover of the construction site, the Sposari Home architect will conduct an inspection, accompanied by the client and construction professionals, to ensure the work is carried out properly, in compliance with the agreements made between the parties.
